Imagine an event where small nonprofit groups are sharing donations instead of competing for them, where donors don’t have to choose among equally worthy organizations. THIS is that event. – Sherri Martz, WISH Cleveland volunteer
WISH Cleveland is thrilled to announce the list of changemakers, social justice seekers and idealists who have been selected to participate in our 2018 #GivingTuesdayCLE citywide day of giving. The organizations below all share a commitment to creating a more equitable future in Cleveland, and together we’re going to change the way our city thinks about nonprofit fundraising. #GivingTuesdayCLE is an equitable giving movement designed for everyday local heroes who call Cleveland home — people just like you. So, get ready to get inspired.
Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram throughout November for exciting updates, some friendly challenges and lots of good news (for a change). All WISH donations received from Nov. 15-27 will be divided equally between participating organizations. Special thanks to our fiscal sponsor Cleveland Neighborhood Progress for making this event possible. Sponsorship opportunities are still available until Nov. 15 when our #GivingTuesdayCLE donation page will go live.
